Writing Shorthand: Try to avoid using short hand writings throughout the website. For example, take the time to write out "You" instead of using "U". Another example: "This website would B kewl 4 U" should be written as "This would would be cool for you." This includes making your profile in ALL caps, or alternating case-sensitivity within words.

Overusing HTML Tags Although we do allow you to use some HTML, over using it, over bolding, and making things too big is not necessary. For people who are interested in your profile, they will take the time to read it so there is no need to over-accentuate anything.

As a guide, if you receive any negativity in forums and people are mean and rude, there is probably a reason for this. Think of the way you phrased your forum posts. Remember that it is a learning experience and do things justice by appoligizing if needed. However if you feel that the members overly aggressive and abusive then you can report it to a moderator and someone can close and lock the topic.
